Would you trade 30 minutes a day to be able to watch your children grow old? Would you spend just 30 minutes a day to buy yourself a longer, healthier, more energetic life? I’m not asking you to GIVE UP 30 minutes of your day, I’m asking you to INVEST 30 minutes into yourself, into your very own Health Savings Account. Beauty should not be measured by the width of your hips, but rather by the strength of your character and the depth of your heart. What is important is that you get your body moving for 30 minutes a day– everyday. Your life, your future and your health depend upon it!
